Where do you ship?
We currently offer free shipping everywhere in Hong Kong. We are working on expanding across Asia very soon! If you live outside of Hong Kong and would love to try our latte, just send us a message and we will do our best to make it happen.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive at your doorstep within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships!
What is your return policy?
We want you to genuinely love your daily ritual. If you are not fully satisfied with your latte, simply reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to help.
As our Latte is a food product, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please include your order number and photos when contacting us.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Our fulfillment team begins processing orders very quickly to ensure you receive your latte within 24-48 hours. Please contact us immediately with your order number if you need to make a change. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us immediately and we will try to correct it before your order ships.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an address incorrectly entered at checkout, or for losses or delays caused by inaccurate shipping details. Once an order has been dispatched, additional delivery charges may apply if it needs to be resent.
Does it contain caffeine?
Absolutely not! Our latte is 100% caffeine-free and contains zero added stimulants. It gives you the comfort of a coffee-break ritual without relying on caffeine.
Is it safe for everyone?
While our ingredients are natural, Ashwagandha is generally not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for children, or for people with thyroid or autoimmune conditions.
If you have a medical condition, take regular medication or are under medical supervision, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Are your ingredients tested for safety and purity?
Absolutely! Quality and safety are a priority for us. Our finished formula is lab-tested for heavy metals, pesticide residues and microbiological safety. It is produced in a GMP, HACCP & ISO 22000-certified facility, so you can enjoy your daily ritual with confidence.
Are Ashwagandha’s benefits backed by science?
Yes. Instead of making empty promises, we rely on real clinical research. Each serving provides 300 mg of Ashwagandha root extract, standardized to 5% withanolides delivering 15 mg of withanolides.
Ashwagandha root extracts at comparable daily doses have been studied in relation to the body’s stress response, mental well-being, cognitive function and sleep quality.
Does heat destroy the benefits of Ashwagandha?
No. The gentle heat used to prepare a latte will not destroy the benefits of Ashwagandha. Simply avoid boiling or simmering the blend for a prolonged period.

Can I use the powder in things other than a latte?
Yes, definitely! While it makes a delicious, creamy latte, our Superfood blend is incredibly versatile. You can easily blend it into your morning smoothies, stir it into your oatmeal, or even use it in your healthy baking recipes.
Can I enjoy more than one serving a day?
Yes. One serving provides 300 mg of Ashwagandha root extract and 15 mg of withanolides.
Enjoy one to two servings daily as part of your ritual. Do not exceed two servings per day.
